Ingredients
Mango Smoothie Bowl (Makes 1 Serving)
1½ cups frozen mango
2 bananas
¼ avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup almond milk
2 dates
Toppings: granola, dried coconut, fresh strawberries, banana slices
Chocolate Smoothie Bowl (Makes 2 Servings)
4 frozen bananas
1 fresh banana
⅔ cup almond milk
4 dates
1½ tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
small handful of walnuts
small handful of cacao nibs
Toppings: dried coconut, granola, cacao nibs, banana slices, slivered almonds, chia seeds
Blueberry Smoothie Bowl (1 Serving)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 frozen banana
½ small avocado
3-4 dates
1 cup almond milk
Toppings: dried coconut, almonds, blueberries, chia seeds
Green Smoothie Bowl (Makes 2 Servings)
2 frozen banans
2 fresh bananas
2 cups spinach
3 tbsp almond butter
½ cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
Toppings: hemp seeds, chia seeds, blueberries, raspberries, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut
Strawberry Smoothie Bowl (Makes 1 Serving)
1 frozen banan
1½ cups frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk
½ cup frozen grapes
3 dates
Toppings: fresh strawberries, banana slices, dried strawberries and bananas, chia seeds, shredded coconut
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients starting with liquids in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings.
