FitWise so excited to finally share with you our top 5 favourite smoothie bowls. Smoothie bowls are a healthy and fun way to step up your breakfast game. Not only will they make you feel amazing, but they are also so tasty that you will want to make them over and over again.




Ingredients



Mango Smoothie Bowl (Makes 1 Serving)

  • 1½ cups frozen mango

  • 2 bananas

  • ¼ avocado

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • ¼ cup almond milk

  • 2 dates

  • Toppings: granola, dried coconut, fresh strawberries, banana slices



Chocolate Smoothie Bowl (Makes 2 Servings)

  • 4 frozen bananas

  • 1 fresh banana

  • ⅔ cup almond milk

  • 4 dates

  • 1½ tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder

  • small handful of walnuts

  • small handful of cacao nibs

  • Toppings: dried coconut, granola, cacao nibs, banana slices, slivered almonds, chia seeds



Blueberry Smoothie Bowl (1 Serving)

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ small avocado

  • 3-4 dates

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • Toppings: dried coconut, almonds, blueberries, chia seeds



Green Smoothie Bowl (Makes 2 Servings)

  • 2 frozen banans

  • 2 fresh bananas

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 3 tbsp almond butter

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Toppings: hemp seeds, chia seeds, blueberries, raspberries, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut



Strawberry Smoothie Bowl (Makes 1 Serving)

  • 1 frozen banan

  • 1½ cups frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • ½ cup frozen grapes

  • 3 dates

  • Toppings: fresh strawberries, banana slices, dried strawberries and bananas, chia seeds, shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients starting with liquids in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings.

  3. Enjoy!
