Best Chicken Breast Recipe for Your Keto Diets

Ingredients :
four pieces of chicken breast
60ml of lemon juice
60ml olive oil
30gr fresh oregano, dried oregano works fine too.
40gr basil leaves
25 gr parsley
60ml worcestershire sauce
3 clove garlic
seasoning to taste
Method :
Make the marinate by combining the lemon juice and worcestershire sauce. Then add the olive oil and whisk until emulsified.
Add the garlic (minced) and the chopped herbs. Stir all together until well coorperated.
Put the clean and dried chicken breast on a bowl or any other container. Pour the marinate over the chicken. Set aside in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
When ready to cook, that the chicken and let it come to room temperature. Pre heat the grill before lay the chicken breast on it. Once hot, lower the heat to medium, and place your chicken breast to the grill. Turn occasionally until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Then rest the chicken breast before serving it, so it doesn't loose it's juice.
Served the chicken breast with whatever your preference is, mine is cilantro brown rice and black beans.
