Ingredients :

  1. One whole avocado (150grams)

  2. 20gr honey

  3. 120ml skim milk

  4. 100ml plain yogurt

  5. 8 piece of ice cube


Methods :

  1. Combine all the ingredients together, except the ice cube then blend it.

  2. Add the ice cube and continue blend the smoothies until the desired consistency is reach.

  3. If it's still too thick, you can always adjust it with adding a little amount of water.
